Planning a backyard wedding in Colorado? Check out Sage and Josh’s wedding below to get some serious inspiration. They thought through all the essential details but also added a ton of personalized touches to match their passions. From matching bridesmaid converse shoes to Pinecone center pieces, I wanted to steal every detail I photographed. I knew when I met Sage and Josh in Steamboat for their engagement photos that they were my kind of people. It was literally 10 degrees outside and I told them to meet me at a dog park and they didn’t question or think I was one bit crazy. We laughed through most of that freezing morning and then laughed through most of their wedding day too. I am so honored they chose me to be their Denver wedding photographer.

The Wedding Day

Sage and Josh had the kind of wedding I wanted for myself and my husband. They set up tents in the backyard and kept things SIMPLE. The most important “details” were their family and friends surrounding them every second of the day. Truly blessed they allowed me to step into their inner circle for the magic that surrounded them. I get giddy with excitement thinking about the epic journey they have ahead of them!
