Cozy, Winter Family Photos in Boulder, Colorado

The day before my session with this crew was a sleety, windy mess. It was the kind of day that makes me want to hide under the covers and never come out. It was could, wet and miserable. I checked the weather forecast every hour, hoping the weather would turn and we could still have our session outdoors in the winter wonderland that was just starting to blanket the ground.

Sure enough, I woke up in the morning to sunshine and warmer temps. You have to love Colorado! I’m not saying I wouldn’t have strapped on my camera and braved a little cold weather, but when you have kiddos, things change. Sunshine is our friend and Colorado blessed us with just that.
